1. Where we ship
Worldwide, from our warehouse in Changsha, China. Small parcels go by DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or EMS; pallet quantities go by air or sea freight through our forwarder.
2. Shipping cost
Custom orders: shipping is quoted in the PI, either as a separate line or included in a delivered price.
Shop orders: shipping is calculated by destination after you place the order and shown to you before any payment. Collector replica rounds ship free worldwide from 10 pieces in one order.
3. Delivery times
Express parcels usually arrive 5–8 days after dispatch; EMS 10–20 days; sea freight 25–45 days depending on the port. Custom orders dispatch 10–15 working days after proof approval; shop orders dispatch within 3 working days after payment. You receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
4. Duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees in the destination country are paid by the recipient unless the PI states DDP. We declare the real value and description of the goods.
5. Damaged or wrong items
Please check the parcel on arrival. Report damage, shortages or wrong pieces within 14 days with photos of the parcel and the goods; we send replacements or refund the affected pieces at our cost.
6. Returns and withdrawal
Shop pieces bought by private consumers in the EU, EEA or UK can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, unused and in their original capsules or boxes. Contact us first so we can give you the return address; return shipping is at your cost, and we refund the price within 14 days of receiving the goods, to the payment method you used.
Custom-made products (your own design, engraving or packaging) cannot be returned unless they are defective or differ from the approved proof.
