1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotes, custom production orders and shop orders placed through aumetta.com, by email or by WhatsApp. A written quotation or proforma invoice (PI) that states different conditions takes precedence for that order.
2. Quotes and custom orders
Quotations are valid for 15 days. Standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design; several designs can be combined in one order if each meets the minimum. A custom order is confirmed when you approve the digital proof and the deposit is received.
Samples: physical samples ship within 5–7 working days; sample and tooling charges are credited against the production order that follows.
3. Your artwork
You confirm that you own or hold the rights to every logo, design, name and image you send us, and that producing it does not infringe third-party rights. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe trademarks, copyrights or official insignia. You are responsible for the content of the artwork; we are responsible for producing it faithfully to the approved proof.
4. Proofs, tolerances and quality
Production starts only after your written approval of the proof. Colours are matched to Pantone references; small differences between screen, proof and metal are normal. Dimensions may vary by ±0.3 mm and plating tone by batch. Goods that materially deviate from the approved proof will be remade or refunded.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless the PI states otherwise, exclusive of shipping, import duties and taxes. Custom orders: 30% deposit on order confirmation, balance before shipment, by bank transfer (T/T) or PayPal invoice. Shop orders: no payment is taken on the website; after we confirm stock and shipping cost we send a payment link (PayPal invoice, card through PayPal, or bank transfer). Goods remain our property until paid in full.
6. Lead time and delivery
Typical production time is 10–15 working days after proof approval and deposit; rush production is available on request. Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, DAP …) are those stated on the PI. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier unless the PI states DAP or DDP. Details on carriers, duties, damage and returns are in our Shipping & Returns page.
7. Shop orders by consumers
If you buy from the curated shop as a private consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the pieces are unused and in their original capsules. Return shipping is at your cost; we refund the price within 14 days of receiving the goods. Custom-made items are excluded from this right.
8. Collector replica rounds
The replica rounds sold in the shop are independent commemorative pieces made by Aumetta. They are not legal tender, contain no precious metal, and are not produced, endorsed by or affiliated with any national mint or its licensees. Design names on this site (eagle, springbok, maple leaf, buffalo and so on) are used descriptively; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. It is your responsibility to make sure the import and resale of imitation numismatic items is permitted in your country and to comply with local marking rules, such as the United States Hobby Protection Act.
9. Warranty and liability
Report defects or transit damage within 14 days of receipt with photos; we will remake, replace or refund the affected pieces. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (customs, carriers, force majeure).
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We try to settle any disagreement directly first; otherwise the courts of Changsha, Hunan, have jurisdiction.
