Die StruckArtwork is milled into a steel die, then struck into brass or iron under hydraulic pressure. Raised and recessed metal, no color — the classic coin and insignia finish.
Soft EnamelStruck lines hold recessed enamel color; the metal ridges stay raised. Textured to the touch, vivid, and the most popular pin finish.
Hard EnamelEnamel is filled flush, stone-polished flat, then plated. A smooth, jewelry-grade surface that will not scratch off a jacket.
Die CastingMolten zinc alloy fills a mold under pressure — for full 3D shapes, cut-outs and sculptural detail that striking cannot reach.
Photo EtchingAcid etching reproduces hairline detail on thin metal — the technique for intricate crests, filigree and fine text.
Screen PrintingMulti-color artwork printed directly on smooth metal and sealed under epoxy. For gradients, photos and tiny logos.
