What is the minimum order?
100 pieces per design for most products. Mixed orders across designs are fine — each design meets its own minimum.
How much will my order cost?
Price depends on size, craft, plating and quantity. Send those four things and you will have an exact quote within 24 hours — mold cost included, no hidden lines.
I don't have finished artwork. Can you help?
Yes. Send a sketch, a photo or a description; our designers produce the production proof free of charge, and revise it until you approve.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Always — we recommend it. A physical sample ships in 5–7 days. Sample cost is refunded against your bulk order.
How long does production take?
10–15 days after sample approval for standard quantities. Rush runs are possible — mention it when you request a quote.
How will my order ship?
DHL, FedEx or UPS for parcels (5–8 days worldwide); air or sea freight for large runs. We quote delivered prices to your door.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (T/T) against proforma invoice for wholesale. PayPal and Alipay are accepted for samples and retail pieces.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes — enamel is matched to Pantone references, and plating can be combined (dual plating) for two-tone metal.
