FAQ

Frequently asked

What is the minimum order?

100 pieces per design. Colour variants of the same die count as one design; a pre-production sample is available from 1 piece.

How long does production take?

10–15 working days after artwork approval and sample sign-off. Express runs are possible for simple stamped pieces — mention it in your enquiry.

Can you match our brand colours?

Yes. Hard and soft enamel are mixed to Pantone C references; printed and photo-etched pieces work from CMYK. A physical sample is shipped for colour approval before the run.
